Terms & Conditions for w63 Online Gaming

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "Wallet" refers to the virtual balance held within a Player's w63 account, denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any amount of funds staked by a Player on any game or event available on the w63 platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, cashback, or other incentives credited to a Player's account by w63 under a promotional offer.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government regulatory body that oversees and licenses online gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by w63 to confirm a Player's identity, age, and eligibility before processing withdrawals or as otherwise required.

Access to and use of the w63 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times during your use of the service:

• Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account or place any wager on w63. This age requirement is mandated by Philippine law and the PAGCOR regulatory framework. w63 strictly enforces this requirement and will terminate any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age.
• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful at the time of placing any wager. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of w63 complies with the laws applicable in your location.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated or who are subject to a self-exclusion order may not register or use the w63 platform.
• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on w63. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

To access the full range of services on w63, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. The following terms apply to your account:

3.1 Registration Process. You must provide a valid Philippine mobile number in the 09XX format, a unique username (if applicable), and a secure password during registration. You may also be required to provide your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid government-issued identification document for KYC verification purposes.

3.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your w63 login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time PIN (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. w63 will never ask you for your password through any channel, including live chat, email, or SMS.

3.3 Unauthorized Access. You must notify w63 immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization. w63 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

3.4 KYC Verification. w63 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, driver's license, or UMID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or withdrawal delays.

3.5 Account Accuracy. You are responsible for keeping your account information current and accurate. Changes to your registered mobile number or personal details must be submitted to w63 support for verification before they take effect.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. w63 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods, which are compliant with Philippine payment regulations: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank, and debit card. w63 does not accept credit card deposits for gaming purposes, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations. w63 does not accept cryptocurrency of any kind.

4.2 Deposit Terms. All deposits are credited to your w63 wallet in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take one (1) to three (3) banking days to reflect in your wallet. w63 does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals settle within one (1) to three (3) banking days. w63 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.

4.4 Withdrawal Restrictions. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, or compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.

5.1 General Bonus Terms. w63 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and event-specific promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, and expiry periods, which will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds credited to your w63 account must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from those bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the specific promotion's terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. w63 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus and associated winnings if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using irregular betting patterns to exploit bonus terms, or colluding with other Players to manipulate bonus outcomes.

5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions. w63 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated through the w63 platform.

6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the w63 platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By placing a wager on any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules. In the event of a conflict between these Terms & Conditions and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

6.2 Random Number Generators. All non-live games on w63 use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) to determine game outcomes. These RNGs are regularly tested and certified by independent third-party auditors to ensure that all outcomes are genuinely random, unpredictable, and free from manipulation. w63 does not and cannot influence the outcome of any RNG-based game.

6.3 Live Dealer Games. Live dealer games are streamed in real time from licensed studios. The outcomes of live dealer games are determined by physical game elements (e.g., cards, roulette wheels) operated by trained dealers under studio supervision. w63 does not control the physical outcomes of live dealer games beyond ensuring that the studio provider meets applicable certification standards.

6.4 Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game, w63 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the Player's wallet. w63 will not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the return of the original wager amount for the affected round.

6.5 Disputed Results. If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must raise a dispute with w63 support within seventy-two (72) hours of the disputed event. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered. w63's decision on disputed game results, made after review of server logs and game records, shall be final and binding.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the w63 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or using another person's identity or details.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the w63 platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to manipulate, hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the w63 platform, its games, or its underlying software and infrastructure.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place wagers or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker or coordinated betting in live games.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown bug are void and will be reclaimed by w63.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward w63 staff, support agents, or other Players through any communication channel.
• Allowing a person under 21 years of age to access or use your w63 account.
• Accessing the w63 platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.

w63 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing tools that help Players maintain control over their gaming activity. We take our obligations under the PAGCOR regulatory framework seriously, and we actively encourage all Players to game responsibly.

8.1 Responsible Gaming Tools. w63 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible through your account settings or by contacting our support team:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your w63 wallet.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play to remind you to take a break.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing (e.g., 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days) to take a break from gaming.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the w63 platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

9.1 Ownership. All content on the w63 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the website, is the property of w63 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293).

9.2 Limited License. w63 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the w63 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes, in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content on the w63 platform.

9.3 Restrictions. You must not copy, scrape, frame, mirror, or otherwise reproduce any part of the w63 platform without the prior written consent of w63. You must not use any w63 trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement by w63 without express written authorization.

10.1 Platform Availability. w63 strives to maintain continuous availability of the platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond w63's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service disruptions, force majeure events, or regulatory requirements.

10.2 Exclusion of Consequential Losses. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, w63 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the w63 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity resulting from technical malfunctions or service interruptions.

10.3 Cap on Liability. Where w63's liability cannot be fully excluded under applicable law, w63's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your w63 wallet in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.4 Player Responsibility. You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you participate in all games on w63 at your own risk. w63 is not responsible for any financial losses you incur through gaming activity on the platform, provided that such losses result from fair game outcomes and not from any breach by w63 of these Terms & Conditions.

11.1 Suspension by w63. w63 reserves the right to suspend or restrict your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if w63 reasonably suspects or determines that you have: violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions; engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; provided false information during registration or KYC; or if required to do so by a regulatory authority or court order.

11.2 Termination by w63. w63 may permanently terminate your account if the grounds for suspension are confirmed following investigation, or if you have committed a serious or repeated breach of these Terms & Conditions. Upon termination for cause, w63 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus funds and associated winnings in your wallet. Real-money funds (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to your registered payment method after deduction of any amounts owed to w63.

11.3 Voluntary Closure. You may request the closure of your w63 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance in your wallet will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements and wagering obligations on active bonuses.

12.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the Civil Code of the Philippines, the Electronic Commerce Act (Republic Act No. 8792), the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), and applicable PAGCOR regulations.

12.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the w63 platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting w63 support. w63 will endeavor to respond to and resolve all complaints within five (5) business days of receipt.

12.3 Escalation. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within a reasonable period, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR or seek resolution through the appropriate Philippine courts. The parties agree that the courts of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any unresolved disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions.

w63 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, w63 will notify registered Players through a notice posted on the w63 platform and, where practicable, via SMS or in-platform notification to your registered account.

The updated Terms & Conditions will take effect on the date specified in the notice. Your continued use of the w63 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.3.
